We have PLA, PETG and TPU filament for the 3D printers in several colours. 3D printing costs $2/hr and includes the material.

Who is FabZone for?
FabZone is for anyone who wants to make, design, fix, create, invent or explore. We have members who are professional artisans, and members who are just learning. Part of our appeal is the welcoming, social atmosphere where you can meet others who share your interests. Whether you’re an artisan, maker, tinkerer hobbyist, student, artist, retiree, or team leader, you’re welcome here.
Do you accept donations?
Yes — thank you for asking! As a nonprofit, we rely on donations to keep our programs affordable and our equipment in top shape. We accept financial contributions, tools and equipment in good condition, and material donations. We sort through donated items and keep what is likely to be used by our members or in our classes. The rest will be passed along to other organizations as appropriate.
What’s the difference between a workshop and a class?
Workshops are single-session experiences where you complete a project in one sitting, while classes are multi-week programs that build your skills over time.
Are your workshops and classes beginner-friendly?
Many of our workshops are designed with beginners in mind. Some classes may require prior experience. Check the description for any specific skill level recommendations.
What languages are the classes and workshops offered in?
Our classes and workshops are offered in English and French.
How do I stay updated on new workshops and events?
Subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on social media, or check our website regularly for updates on upcoming workshops, classes, and events.
What is a makerspace?
A makerspace is a collaborative physical environment where people gather to share resources, knowledge, and equipment to design, prototype, and create. Makerspaces typically offer access to tools and technologies that would be impractical for individuals to own (3D printers, laser cutters, electronics workstations, etc.) and foster community learning and innovation.
